Unlock the secrets of authentic street food creation with this bulk 1kg bag of Haldiram's Mathis Chat Papdi. These flat, round savory crackers are crafted from premium wheat flour, spiked with carom seeds, and deep-fried to a firm, ultra-brittle crunch. Engineered specifically to withstand moisture without becoming soggy, these crispy discs provide the ideal structural base for assembling elaborate chaat dishes. This generous 1kg pack is an absolute necessity for street-food enthusiasts who love hosting large chaat parties. Arrange these brittle crackers on large platters and load them up with boiled potatoes, chickpeas, whipped yogurt, and vibrant chutneys to create spectacular sev puri or papdi chaat. The subtle hint of ajwain inside the cracker cuts through sweet and sour toppings beautifully.
