You can request account deletion directly within our platform by following these steps:
Open the Grocerz app or website and log in to your account.

Upon confirmation, your session will immediately terminate, you will be logged out across all devices, and your account will enter a deactivated state.
Immediate Effect: Once deletion is confirmed, your account is immediately deactivated. Your profile, transaction history, personal data, and public activity will become inaccessible and hidden from platform systems.

Access Restriction: During this 30-day window, you will no longer be able to log in to your account or access any of its features or historical order data.
On Day 31 following your deletion request, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active production databases.
Data removed during this permanent purge includes:

Account Records: Saved payment methods, cart history, preferences, and profile settings.
User-Generated Content: Reviews, feedback, and customer support ticket histories linked to your identity.
Where permitted or required by applicable law, certain data may be retained beyond the 30-day period:

Fraud & Security: Non-personally identifiable log files related to security incidents, network abuse, or ongoing fraud investigations may be preserved to protect system integrity.
