Whether you live nearby or a little further out, we’ve designed flexible delivery options to suit your schedule and location.

  1. Zone 1: Rapid Delivery (Within 10km | ~120 Minutes*)

    Fast delivery for customers close to our store. If you’re in Point Cook, Williams Landing, Truganina, Tarneit and Werribee you can enjoy rapid delivery straight to your door, usually within 120 minutes*.

  2. Zone 2: Same-Day Delivery (West) | Scheduled Delivery - Upto 3 Days a Week (Metro and Surrounding Suburbs)

    For nearby suburbs just outside our rapid zone, we offer reliable same-day* delivery.

    For selected Melbourne metro and surrounding suburbs, we offer scheduled delivery up to three times per week. Delivery days vary by suburb and may include weekdays and Saturdays.

  3. Zone 3: Scheduled Delivery - 1 Day a Week

    For selected Melbourne suburbs, such as Caroline Springs, Melton, Keilor Downs etc. we offer scheduled delivery one day a week, mostly on the weekend. You can check if your suburb falls in the delivery zone here.

  4. Zone 4: Weekly Scheduled Delivery

    For outer suburbs and extended delivery areas, we offer weekly scheduled delivery, mostly on the weekend. Availability depends on your suburb and delivery route. You can check if your suburb falls in the delivery zone here.

  5. Delivery Notes

    • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on order volume, traffic, and weather conditions.
    • Frozen and chilled items are delivered in temperature-controlled iceboxes to ensure freshness and quality.
    • You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking update once your order is out for delivery.
